Deine Aufgaben

• Strategische Workshops durchführen

  Du führst strategische Workshops und Kundentermine mit Industrieunternehmen durch und entwickelst gemeinsam konkrete Marketingmaßnahmen und nächste Schritte.

• Technische Onboardings leiten

  Du begleitest Kunden durch technische Onboardings, richtest Prozesse und Tools ein und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung.

• Kundenprojekte managen

  Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und steuerst laufende Kundenprojekte, koordinierst Aufgaben im Team und behältst Deadlines, Prioritäten und Ergebnisse im Blick.

• Analytisches Denken

  Du analysierst Kampagnen, wertest Performance-Daten aus und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen für unsere Kunden ab.

• Recruiting- und Neukundengewinnungskampagnen schalten

  Du entwickelst und betreust B2B-Marketingkampagnen auf Plattformen wie Google, LinkedIn oder Meta.

Gehalt: 4.000-5.500 Euro pro Monat (brutto), je nach Erfahrungsstufe

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden. Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 3-5 Monate.
