Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Key Customer Management, Digital Commerce – Digital Tools is responsible for enabling key account teams through data‑driven insights and intelligent digital tools. The role supports key customer management by providing sales data analysis, performance insights and digital solutions that enhance decision‑making, execution effectiveness and customer collaboration.

This role leads the development and application of digital sales tools, working closely with cross teams to translate commercial needs into scalable, fit‑for‑purpose solutions. By embedding data, automation and intelligent tools into key account ways of working, the role helps accelerate digital selling capabilities and improve overall commercial productivity.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Enable key account management teams through sales data, performance insights and digital tools, supporting effective decision‑making and customer development.
  • Drive the application and continuous enhancement of digital and intelligent tools and solutions to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Act as a bridge between commercial needs and digital solutions, translating business requirements into practical, scalable tools and ways of working.
  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of digital tools and data‑driven practices across key customer teams.
  • Contribute to digital commerce and key customer initiatives in response to evolving business priorities and market needs.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, aligned with the ongoing evolution of the role and the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FMCG or similarly complex organizations. With solid experience working with digital, data or intelligent tools.
  • Solid understanding in key account management, sales processes, digital commerce, or related commercial areas. With the ability to leverage data and digital tools to support commercial decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments, influencing cross functional stakeholders and aligning internal teams.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions in a fast‑paced environment.
