Both operationally and as a team leader. In this role, you’ll independently manage our campaigns from proposal to execution and reporting. We love what we do and are constantly evolving. Tasks
- You independently manage large scale and high complexity social media campaigns for our clients, develop creative ideas and bring them to life
- You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
- You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams
- You analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making
- You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward
- You take accountability for performance, lead your own team and support its continued development while shaping the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department
Requirements

- You have at least 5 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing
- You have strong analytical and strategic decision making skills and enjoy working with numbers
- You love both project management and emotional storytelling

- You are fluent in German and English
