Du berichtest direkt an unseren Chief Strategy Officer und arbeitest eng mit unserem Chief Operating Officer zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Projekte nicht nur gewonnen werden, sondern auch operativ gesund und profitabel wachsen können.

Du bist der Architekt hinter unseren Angeboten. Du übersetzt komplexe Kundenanforderungen in belastbare Business-Cases und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Delivery-Teams auf einem soliden Fundament starten können. Dein Fokus liegt dabei gleichermaßen auf spannenden Neugeschäfts-Pitches und der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Bestandskunden.

Aufgaben

Deine Verantwortung

• Deal-Architektur & Strategy: Du führst Discovery-Phasen, klärst den Scope und entwickelst Lösungsansätze, die technologische Innovation (z. B. KI-Use-Cases) mit wirtschaftlicher Vernunft verbinden.
• Bestandskunden-Entwicklung: Du unterstützt Account-Teams dabei, Deals auf Bestandskunden zu verbessern. Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale im Scope und sorgst für saubere Nachkalkulationen und Erweiterungen.
• Commercial Design: Du entwickelst die passende Pricing-Logik (Time & Material, wertbasiert oder Festpreis-Pakete) und sicherst damit langfristig unsere Margen und die Qualität der Ergebnisse ab.
• Risikomanagement: Du erkennst „rote Flaggen“ im Anforderungsmanagement, bevor sie in der Umsetzung zu Problemen werden.
• Workshop-Leadership: Du moderierst Co-Creation-Formate auf C-Level-Ebene und führst Kunden souverän zur richtigen Entscheidung.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Seniorität im Umfeld von Digital-Agenturen, Consulting oder Product-Units. Du hast bereits komplexe Deals strukturiert und erfolgreich begleitet.
• Analytischer Scharfblick: Du durchdringst Geschäftsmodelle schnell und verstehst die Hebel für Profitabilität und Kundenerfolg.
• Stakeholder-Management: Du bist ein Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe – intern für CSO und COO, extern für die Entscheider auf Kundenseite.
• Technologie-Affinität: Du musst nicht coden, aber du verstehst moderne Plattform-Logiken und kannst KI-Potenziale realistisch einordnen.
• Methodik: Du beherrscht Tools wie Design Thinking, Value Innovation und modernes Anforderungsmanagement im Schlaf.
