Aufgaben

Als Senior Implementation Project Manager / Implementation Project Lead (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere erfolgreichsten und komplexesten Kundenimplementierungen in Deutschland und spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau unserer lokalen Delivery-Organisation.

Du kombinierst operative Exzellenz in der Projektsteuerung mit der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Teamstrukturen – und arbeitest eng mit dem Operations Director Germany sowie unseren internationalen Teams zusammen.

Leitung komplexer Kundenimplementierungen

• Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Steuerung von strategischen Enterprise-Implementierungsprojekten (von Discovery Workshops bis Go-Live und Stabilisierung)
• Entwicklung und Steuerung detaillierter Projektpläne inkl. Meilensteinen, Abhängigkeiten und Ressourcen

Stakeholder- & Eskalationsmanagement

• Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Stakeholder auf Kundenseite (Geschäftsführer, Fachbereiche und IT-Verantwortliche)
• Aktives Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement in komplexen Projektumfeldern
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Go-Live und nachhaltiger Adoption

Aufbau einer skalierbaren Delivery-Organisation

• Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden, Qualitätsstandards, Templates und Best Practices
• Aufbau skalierbarer Delivery-Strukturen für den deutschen Markt
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations Director Germany bei Planung, Priorisierung und Ressourcensteuerung

Leitung & fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams

• Leitung und Unterstützung unserer 4 Deployment Project Manager
• Förderung von Best Practices und Wissensaustausch im Team
• Beitrag zum Aufbau einer leistungsfähigen, wachsenden Delivery-Organisation

Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

• Enge Abstimmung mit Product, Data Migration, Support und internationalen Teams
• Sicherstellung eines konsistenten und skalierbaren Implementierungsansatzes über Ländergrenzen hinweg

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Software-Implementierungen, SaaS-, Digitalisierungs- oder Transformationsprojekten.
• Projekt- und Stakeholder Management: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte mit mehreren Stakeholdern und hoher Komplexität.
• Leadership & Ownership: Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Projektteams mit mindestens 3 FTE und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, andere weiterzuentwickeln und aktiv zum Aufbau einer wachsenden Organisation beizutragen.
• Struktur & Kommunikation: Sicheres Priorisieren und Entscheiden in dynamischen Phasen. Souveränes Auftreten sowie starke Moderations- und Präsentationskompetenz gegenüber Management, Kunden und internen Teams.
• Sprachen & Mobilität: Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau, Englisch fließend; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Wohnort in Berlin oder München sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen monatlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands.
