Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Stack Engineer to join our Team! You will be responsible for evolving our Web-based Application Landscape and will help to develop innovative, data-driven applications for the tourism and logistics sector.
Tasks
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Pricenow, you will strive to create scalable, event-driven microservices, while also building modern, state-of-the-art front-end applications. You will be able to shape the future of our pricing and e-commerce platforms, using the latest tools and technologies and will own feature development processes end to end.
- You develop inspiring business applications in the fields of Dynamic Pricing, Data Analytics and E-Commerce
- You own the development of new features in our platform end to end, from architecture design to implementing and operating in production
- You are heavily involved in the decision-making process of our data-driven visions
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Full-Stack engineer (at least 3 years)
- Deep understanding of Software Engineering principles and operating web-based applications in production environments
- Experience with CI/CD and Cloud Computing
- Practical experience and good knowledge of Node.JS and React, as well as well-known frameworks & libraries in the ecosystem
- Preferable: Experience with agent-driven development workflows
- Preferable: Experience with Event-Driven Microservice Architectures
- Preferable: Comprehensive understanding and confident handling of complex SQL queries
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects, in multidisciplinary, multi-country and multi-cultural working environments
- You are a team player who is passionate about innovation and agility as well as working in a self-organized manner from the idea to successful implementation
- University degree (FH / Uni) in data science, computer science, mathematics, or similar field
- You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
