Aufgaben
- **Qualität & Gatekeeping
**Du unterstützt unseren Team-Lead bei Code-Reviews und Testautomatisierungen und stellst durch hohe Standards sicher, dass Tickets effizient und sicher gemergt werden können. - **Data-Handling
**Unsere über neun Jahre gewachsene MariaDB hat wertvolle Daten – du optimierst Abfragen und verstehst die Logik hinter komplexen Datenstrukturen. - **End-to-End Verantwortung
**Nach dem Motto „You build it, you run it“ begleitest du Features vom ersten Konzept bis zum Rollout.
KI & Backend-Engineering (Real-World Implementation)
- **Prompt Engineering & Output Control
**Du optimierst Prompts für die Extraktion aus unstrukturierten juristischen Dokumenten und stellst durch Validierungsschichten (Guardrails) sicher, dass die KI-Ergebnisse verlässlich in die MariaDB zurückfließen. - Actionable Insights
Du entwickelst Logiken, die aus extrahierten Daten nicht nur Informationen gewinnen, sondern automatisiert präzise Antwortentwürfe und prozessrelevante Folge-Tasks (To-dos) ableiten. - **AI-Driven Development
**Du nutzt selbst modernste KI-Tools (z. B. Claude/Anthropic, Copilot), um deine Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit zu maximieren, und unterstützt das Team dabei, diese Tools effizient in den SDLC zu integrieren.
Qualifikation
Das brauchst Du bei fairforce:
- **Erfahrung
**Mindestens 5 Jahre professionelle Full-Stack-Erfahrung. Du hast bereits in Umgebungen gearbeitet, in denen Code-Qualität und Review-Prozesse entscheidend waren. - **Tech-Stack
**Du beherrscht Java / Spring Boot im Schlaf und bist ebenso sicher in React mit TypeScript. - **Datenbank Know-How
