Wir suchen einen Experten für die Projektberatung im Bereich internationale Regelleistungsthemen zur Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung europäischer Network Codes und des Clean Energy Package (CEP). Im Fokus steht die fachliche Begleitung internationaler Kooperationen sowie die Integration regionaler Koordinationszentren (RCCs) in die Prozesse der Regelleistungsdimensionierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Beratung der Fachbereiche zur Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Anforderungen des Clean Energy Package (CEP) sowie der Guidelines zum Systembetrieb und Elektrizitätsausgleich

• Fachliche und strategische Beratung zur Einbindung von Regional Coordination Centres (RCCs) in die Dimensionierung und Ausschreibung von Regelleistung

• Steuerung von Projektgruppen sowie Aufbereitung und Dokumentation von Ergebnissen und Entscheidungsoptionen für internationale Kooperationen (z. B. MARI, PICASSO, ALPACA)

• Übernahme von Convenor-Leistungen für operative Arbeitsgruppen, einschließlich der fachlichen und organisatorischen Leitung sowie Moderation internationaler Diskussionen

• Koordination internationaler Stakeholder und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungs- und Abstimmungsvorlagen innerhalb der Governance-Strukturen

• Vorbereitung und Koordination von Projekten zur Anpassung nationaler Prozesse und Tools an internationale Anforderungen

• Erstellung von Lastenheften zur Anpassung bestehender oder Entwicklung neuer Werkzeuge

• Dokumentation der resultierenden Prozesse sowie Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Schulungen für Projektstakeholder

Muss-Anforderungen

• Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung bzw. fachlichen Steuerung komplexer Projekte, inklusive Termin-, Maßnahmen- und Risikosteuerung sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

• Erfahrung in der Ableitung fachlicher Anforderungen aus regulatorischen und konzeptionellen Vorgaben sowie deren Übersetzung in Lastenhefte, fachliche Spezifikationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen

• Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Moderation interdisziplinärer und internationaler Arbeitsgruppen sowie im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus Fachbereichen, Management und externen Organisationen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse des europäischen Regelleistungs- und Regelarbeitsrahmens

• Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit in Projekten mindestens einer der folgenden Kooperationen: MARI, PICASSO, aFRR-/mFRR-Kooperationen, grenzüberschreitende Beschaffungs- oder Aktivierungsplattform

• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Übertragungsnetzbetreibern (ÜNB)

• Fachliche Kompetenz im Bereich Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) Einbindung

• Erfahrung in der Durchführung oder Koordination international besetzter Projekt- oder Arbeitsgruppen

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
