Wir suchen jemanden, der Direct Response nicht nur versteht, sondern lebt: Mit echtem Hunger auf Performance, mit kreativer Schlagkraft und dem Willen, Ergebnisse zu liefern!

Tasks

• Conversion-starke Copy über alle Formate: Landing Pages, Advertorials, Listicles, Meta Ads, UGC-Scripte, VSLs – du weißt, was auf welchem Channel (Meta, Google, Native) funktioniert und warum.
• Funnel-Ownership: Du denkst nicht in Einzeltexten, sondern in Customer Journeys. Von der ersten Impression bis zum Kauf. Du gestaltest das Erlebnis mit.
• Zielgruppen-Instinkt: Du sprichst Menschen an, nicht Personas. Du erkennst, was eine Audience bewegt, und triffst es mit deiner Copy.
• Testing und Optimierung: A/B-Tests sind für dich kein Extra, sondern Grundhaltung. Du analysierst CVR, CAC, AOV und ROAS und ziehst daraus Konsequenzen.
• Eigenverantwortung mit Impact: Du wartest nicht auf Briefings. Du bringst Ideen, setzt sie um und misst, was rauskommt.

Requirements

• Mindestens 2 Jahre im Direct Response Copywriting im DTC-, E-Commerce-, Performance-Marketing-Umfeld.
• Nachweisbare Ergebnisse: Du kannst konkrete Zahlen nennen. Kampagnen, die du verantwortet hast. Copy, die messbar konvertiert hat. Kein Portfolio ohne Proof.
• Tiefes Verständnis von Verkaufspsychologie: AIDA ist für dich ein Anfang, kein Ziel. Du weißt, was Scarcity, Urgency und Social Proof wirklich leisten, und wie man sie weglässt. Du kennst psychologische Verhaltensmuster und Namen wie Peter Kell oder Robert Cialdini sind dir vielleicht auch ein Begriff.
• AI-Native Workflow: Du nutzt KI-Tools wie ein Profi, ob zur Ideenfindung, zum Skalieren von Varianten, oder zur Recherche. Aber du weißt, dass der Unterschied zwischen mittelmäßig und brilliant immer noch an dir hängt.
• Macher-Mentalität: Du liebst es, Dinge fertigzumachen. Du lieferst. Du wartest nicht, bis alle zustimmen.
