Your Mission
You shape how BauWatch shows up visually across Europe. You think digital-first, use AI as a natural part of your workflow, and create design that doesn’t just look good – it performs. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not just execution.
What You’ll Do
Digital & Campaign Design
Create high-performing visuals for social, paid ads, website, email, and print
Design landing pages and conversion-focused assets
Contribute strong creative ideas to campaigns – not just execution
Brand & Visual Identity
Apply and evolve our visual identity across markets
Ensure a consistent, modern brand presence across all touchpoints
Raise the bar for design quality across the company
AI-Driven Design
Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) as a core part of your daily workflow
Improve how we use AI in design workflows and content production
Stay ahead of shifts in design and AI – and bring concrete ideas, not just observations
Content Creation
Develop visual concepts, graphics, and lightweight motion assets
Work closely with Content, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing
Ownership & Collaboration
Own design projects end-to-end: briefing, timelines, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and retrospective
Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers – brief clearly and keep quality high
Be the design voice in cross-functional projects
Proactively bring in new ideas, tools, and ways of working
What You Bring
3+ years experience in digital and offline design (agency or in-house); B2B is a plus
Strong portfolio with digital campaigns, branding, and performance-focused work
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your design process – not at checkbox level
Solid understanding of performance design, conversion, and UX basics
Nice to have
Motion design (After Effects or similar)
Experience working across markets or languages
