Deine Aufgaben

• Hands-on Datenanalyse & Data Science: Du analysierst unsere komplexen Daten und ziehst wertvolle Erkenntnisse mittels Data Mining, Clustering, Forecasting oder Recommendation Classification. Du stellst dabei die Korrektheit unserer Daten in den verschiedenen Systemen sicher.

• Datengetriebene Entscheidungen ermöglichen: Du analysierst unsere Daten, bereitest die Ergebnisse verständlich auf und leitest daraus konkrete strategische Maßnahmen ab. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Produktmanagement, Community Management und Geschäftsführung zusammen – nicht im Elfenbeinturm, sondern als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe. Du verknüpfst quantitative Analysen mit dem qualitativen Feedback unserer Community, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. und etablierst Best Practices wie Code Reviews und Dokumentation.

• Hands-on Datenanalyse & Data Science: Du arbeitest operativ mit unseren komplexen Daten und ziehst wertvolle Erkenntnisse mittels Data Mining, Clustering, Forecasting oder Recommendation Classification. Du stellst die Korrektheit unserer Daten in den verschiedenen Systemen sicher und etablierst Best Practices wie Code Reviews und Dokumentation.

• Teamführung & Datenkultur: Unser Data-Science-Bereich befindet sich im Wandel – und du gestaltest ihn mit. Du übernimmst die fachliche und perspektivisch disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams, förderst die Entwicklung deiner Kolleg:innen und baust den Bereich strukturell weiter auf. Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung definierst du die langfristige Daten-Strategie und etablierst eine echte Datenkultur im Unternehmen.
