Zur Direkteinstellung bei der Detia Degesch Group (DDG) suchen wir Verstärkung für den Bereich Corporate Controlling am Standort Laudenbach. Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden begleiten wir die Besetzung einer unbefristeten Vollzeitposition mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum und internationaler Ausrichtung.

• Sie entwickeln das gruppenweite Reporting für die internationalen Gesellschaften kontinuierlich weiter.
• Sie definieren und harmonisieren Kennzahlen und schaffen eine belastbare Vergleichbarkeit der internationalen Standorte.
• Sie analysieren Daten, erkennen Zusammenhänge und leiten fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab.
• Sie entwickeln Reporting- und Controlling Prozesse weiter und bringen eigene Ideen zur Optimierung bestehender Strukturen ein.
• Sie erstellen Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen für strategische Projekte.
• Sie beraten Führungskräfte bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und arbeiten eng mit internationalen Gesellschaften zusammen.
• Sie sind Sparringspartner des Leiters Corporate Controlling und unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs.

Qualifikation

Das bringen Sie mit

• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Corporate Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion innerhalb eines international tätigen Unternehmens.
• Sie bringen Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Controlling Strukturen mit.
• Sie analysieren komplexe Daten sicher und leiten daraus fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Sie arbeiten eigenständig, strukturiert und übernehmen Verantwortung für Ihre Themen.
• Sie kommunizieren sicher mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern und bewegen sich souverän in einem internationalen Umfeld.
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Idealerweise haben Sie bereits mit ERP-Systemen, Lucanet oder Business-Intelligence-Lösungen gearbeitet. Entscheidend ist jedoch Ihre Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten.
