Deine Mission

Du begleitest unsere Kunden – vom Mittelstand bis zum Verband – durch die menschliche Seite digitaler Transformation. Die Themen sind vielfältig: von der Strategieentwicklung bis zum Teamworkshop, von der Begleitung einer Umstrukturierung bis zur Arbeit an der Organisationskultur, von einem Führungskräftetraining bis zum KI-Enablement-Workshop. 

• Du leitest komplexe Beratungsprojekte im Bereich Change Management, Organisationsentwicklung und Transformation. 

• Mit starkem vertrieblichen Blick identifizierst du im Rahmen des Account Managements Potenziale und baust Kundenbeziehungen langfristig aus.

• Gemeinsam mit der Bereichsleitung entwickelst du den Fachbereich weiter, sei es über die Identifizierung neuer Trends, der Entwicklung innovativer Beratungsansätze oder die Sicherstellung fachlicher Exzellenz.

• Du führst Trainings zu Kommunikation, Konfliktmanagement, Führung u.a. für unsere Kunden durch.

Das bringst du mit

Du bist ein erfahrener Profi, der die Dynamik der digitalen Welt versteht und weiß, was Menschen benötigen, um die damit einhergehenden Veränderungen zu meistern. 

• Neben deiner sonstigen Berufserfahrung bringst du mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Transformations-, Change- oder Organisationsentwicklungs-Projekten mit. Idealerweise ergänzen Kompetenzen im Bereich Coaching und Training dein Portfolio.  

• Du bist konzeptionsstark, moderationssicher und kommunizierst klar auf Deutsch und Englisch.

• Du siehst Vertriebspotenziale und kannst diese heben.  

• Dich zeichnet ein starkes digitales Mindset aus. Der Einsatz von KI-Tools in Beratungsprojekten und Trainings ist für dich bereits Alltag. 

• Du liebst die Flexibilität von Remote Work, schätzt aber auch die gezielte Arbeit vor Ort beim Kunden (idealerweise zeigt dein Wohnort Nähe zum Rheinland).
