Deine Aufgaben

In deiner Rolle als (Senior) Consultant für unseren Geschäftsbereich Portfolio arbeitest du an zentralen strategischen Fragestellungen unserer Kund:innen und entwickelst neue Perspektiven auf Geschäftsmodelle, Produkte und Services. Du verbindest Markt- und Trendanalysen mit nutzerzentrierten Ansätzen, um tragfähige Konzepte und klare strategische Optionen zu entwickeln. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Disziplinen zusammen und trägst dazu bei, zukunftsgerichtete und anschlussfähige Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen zu gestalten.

• Du analysierst Märkte, Wettbewerber, Zielgruppen und Trends und bewertest Potenziale sowie Chancenfelder.
• Du identifizierst Nutzer:innen-Bedürfnisse, gestaltest relevante Customer Experiences und entwickelst passende Produkte, Services und Wertversprechen mit konkretem Business Impact.
• Du erarbeitest Unternehmens-, Marktbearbeitungs-, Portfolio- und Produktstrategien für unsere Kund:innen.
• Du entwickelst zukunftsfähige Geschäftsmodelle sowie Produkt- und Servicekonzepte und nutzt dafür gängige Innovationsmethoden (z. B. Design Thinking, Prototyping).
• Du strukturierst Fragestellungen und definierst passende Analyseansätze und entwickelst strategische Optionen strategische Optionen und Handlungsempfehlungen und bereitest diese verständlich auf.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete oder Workstreams und treibst Themen eigenständig sowie interdisziplinär im Projektteam voran.

Qualifikation

Was Du mitbringst

• Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium ist hilfreich, viel wichtiger ist für uns aber relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Innovation, Trendmanagement, Business Design, Strategie oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
• Du hast Erfahrung in strategischer Analyse und darin, wirtschaftlich relevante Chancen, Angebote und Geschäftsmodelle zu entwickeln und einzuordnen.
• Du bringst ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Nutzer:innenbedürfnisse und relevante zukünftige Entwicklungen mit.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Innovations- und Foresight-Methoden und kannst komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert bearbeiten.
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst Themen mit einem klaren Anspruch an Qualität und Wirkung voran.
