Als (Senior) Buchhalter:in bist du eine tragende Säule unseres Financial Administration-Teams. Du verwaltest nicht nur bestehende Zahlen, sondern gestaltest unsere Finanzprozesse aktiv mit. Bei uns übernimmst du schnell Eigenverantwortung für deine Bereiche, bringst eigene Ideen in die Optimierung unserer Abläufe ein und entwickelst dich durch individuelle Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten kontinuierlich weiter.

Typische Aufgaben sind dabei:

• Finanzbuchhaltung & operatives Tagesgeschäft: Eigenverantwortliche Kontierung und Verbuchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorgänge (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Banken und Sachkonten) sowie die Prüfung und Erfassung von Belegen in SAP Business ByDesign.
• Zahlungsverkehr & Treasury: Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Bearbeitung der Zahlungsläufe und Kontrolle der Freigabelisten.
• Fakturierung & Kontenklärung: Erstellung von Debitorenrechnungen in SAP Business ByDesign sowie die systematische Abstimmung und Pflege der Sach- und Personenkonten.
• Reporting & Analyse: unterstützende Konzeption und Erstellung von kaufmännischen Auswertungen und Reports (SAP/Excel) als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management.
• Prozessoptimierung: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und wirkst aktiv bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer administrativen Prozesse mit.
• Schnittstellenfunktion: Professionelle interne und externe Korrespondenz mit Kolleg:innen, Lieferanten und Partnern.

Deine Skills

• Fundierte Basis: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r, Industriekaufmann/-frau) – idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter:in / Bilanzbuchhalter:in – oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium.
• Berufserfahrung: 2–5 Jahre einschlägige Praxiserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
