Aufgaben

• Lead MLOps-Prozesse: Bau und Betrieb der Infrastruktur, die AI-Systeme reliable, scalable und secure macht – auf Azure, in Produktion, nicht im Notebook
• Bridge AI und Business Value: Technische Initiativen mit Kundenbedürfnissen alignen, Sales und Product unterstützen, messbaren Impact für Kunden treiben
• Design und Implementierung: Advanced Features für das AI-driven Supply-Chain OS – enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Product
• Integration: ML-Modelle und Data Pipelines smooth in Produktionssysteme bringen – nicht werfen, sondern integrieren
• Qualität und Verbesserung: Accuracy, Efficiency, Uncertainty Estimation bestehender AI-Features verbessern – rigorous testing, keine "works on my machine"-Mentalität
• Skalierung und Maintainability: AI-Lösungen skalierbar, wartbar und erweiterbar halten – und neue bauen
• Engineering Standards: Hohe Standards in Practices, Tooling und Prozessen etablieren und durchsetzen

Qualifikation

• Nachweisbarer Erfolgstrackrecord als MLOps / ML Engineer mit 5+ Jahren hands-on Erfahrung über den gesamten ML-Lifecycle – nicht nur Training, sondern Deploying, Operating, Scaling in Produktion
• Du hast mindestens ein Unternehmen oder Projekt über einen Zeitraum von 2+ Jahren maßgeblich geprägt und dabei echte AI-Infrastruktur in Produktion gebracht
• Bachelor oder Master in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics oder verwandtem Feld – keine Studienabgänger oder Werkstudentenprofile, diese Rolle erfordert echte Berufserfahrung
• Strong Python & Azure Proficiency – du schreibst clean, reusable, well-tested Code, nicht nur Prototypen
• Erfahrung mit NLP, Image Processing, generative AI & OCR – das ist kein Nice-to-have, sondern Daily Business
• Deutsch mindestens B2 & English C1 – du kommunizierst mit Kunden und Kollegen auf beiden Sprachen
• Leadership Ambition bei 100 % Hands-on – du willst führen, aber selbst noch coden, nicht nur PowerPoints präsentieren
• Du bist operativ stark und gleichzeitig strategisch klar – du denkst in Kundenimpact, nicht nur in Accuracy-Scores
