Du hast Lust darauf, etwas Neues im Bereich KI aufzubauen und nicht nur bestehende Systeme zu pflegen?

Bei uns übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in einem vom Land NRW geförderten KI‑Forschungsprojekt – an der Schnittstelle zwischen Forschung, Prototyping und realen Anwendungen in Verwaltung und Gesundheitswesen.

Gemeinsam mit einer Universität in NRW und weiteren Projektpartnern entwickeln wir KI-gestützte Assistenzsysteme für den Mittelstand. Die Stelle ist auf 3 Jahre im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojekts angelegt, mit dem Ziel, dich danach bei Coduct langfristig zu übernehmen.

Wir sind die Coduct Solutions GmbH, ein Tech-Consulting-Unternehmen mit Standorten in Deutschland (Nordrhein-Westfalen und Berlin). Gemeinsam mit unserer Tochtergesellschaft in Vietnam entwickelt unsere Gruppe maßgeschneiderte Software- und KI-Lösungen.

Aufgaben

Technische Leitung im Forschungsprojekt

• Du übernimmst die technische Leitung für unseren Projektbereich und treibst unser Arbeitspaket voran
• Du schreibst Konzepte, triffst Architekturentscheidungen und verantwortest die Umsetzung der Komponenten
• Du entscheidest, welche Ansätze realistisch funktionieren – und findest Lösungen, wenn sie es nicht tun

Anforderungsanalyse & echte Use Cases

• Du sprichst mit Fachseiten und Partnern und verstehst, wo KI wirklich helfen kann
• Du strukturierst Anforderungen und übersetzt komplexe Prozesse in funktionierende technische Lösungen für konkrete Problemstellungen (z. B. Informationsaufbereitung oder die Kommunikation zwischen Organisationen)

Prototyping & iterative Entwicklung

• Du entwickelst funktionsfähige Prototypen (z. B. LLM‑Systeme, Chatbots, Assistenzlösungen)
• Du testest diese regelmäßig gemeinsam mit Projektpartnern in realitätsnahen Szenarien
• Du berücksichtigst Themen wie Datenschutz, Datensicherheit und regulatorische Vorgaben (z. B. im öffentlichen Umfeld)

Zusammenarbeit im Forschungsumfeld

• Du arbeitest eng mit einer Hochschule, Projektpartnern und interdisziplinären Teams zusammen
• Du nimmst an Workshops, Tests und Austauschformaten teil und bringst deine Perspektive aktiv ein

Dokumentation & Strukturierung

• Du dokumentierst Architekturentscheidungen, Erkenntnisse und Ergebnisse so, dass andere darauf aufbauen können
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Ergebnisse nicht „im Kopf bleiben“, sondern nutzbar werden

Qualifikation

Fachlich

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung im Umfeld von AI / Machine Learning / LLMs
• Master oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im technischen Bereich
• Erfahrung darin, komplexe Systeme zu entwerfen und umzusetzen

• Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig
• Du kannst dich in komplexe Themen einarbeiten und bleibst dran, bis du sie verstanden hast
• Du triffst Entscheidungen und übernimmst Verantwortung dafür

• Du arbeitest sicher mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholder*innen (Forschung, Partner, Fachbereiche)

• Idealerweise kannst du 2 Mal pro Woche ohne Probleme in unser Office in Kamp-Lintfort kommen.
• Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid (2 Tage Office & 3 Tage mobiles Arbeiten), auch durchgehend vor Ort möglich; nach individueller Absprache und je nach Arbeitsphase im Unternehmen.
