• Analyse des bestehenden Sicherheitsniveaus und Identifikation von Schwachstellen
• Weiterentwicklung von Policies, Standards und Governance-Strukturen
• Mitgestaltung und Steuerung der Security-Roadmap
• Risikoanalysen und Priorisierung von Maßnahmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Fachbereichen und Management
• Reporting an Geschäftsführung und ISB
• Sensibilisierung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Information Security
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 27001 / NIST oder vergleichbaren Frameworks
• Erfahrung in Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Fähigkeit, Schwachstellen früh zu erkennen und strukturiert zu lösen
• Sehr gutes Englisch, gutes Deutsch ausreichend
• Strategisches Denken mit pragmatischer Umsetzung
