Job Description
Als SAP S/4HANA Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) für die Bereiche SD / CRM / CS unterstützen Sie unser Unternehmen bei der Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen auf Basis der SAP S/4HANA On Premise Plattform in Verbindung mit der SAP Sales Cloud. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Endbenutzern der Fachbereiche zusammen, unterstützen diese bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung, begleiten Implementierungs- sowie Transformationsprojekte und stellen eine nachhaltige Nutzung der SAP-Systemlandschaft sicher.
Aufgaben
Was Sie erwartet:
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung in den SAP-Modulen SD, CS und CRM
- Koordination und Umsetzung von Customizing-Anforderungen in verschiedenen Modulen
- Unterstützung bei Systemtests, Integrationstests und Abnahmen von Entwicklungen oder Anpassungen
- Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Support für Endanwender sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen
Qualifikation

- Berufserfahrung in der SAP - SD / CS oder CRM-Beratung bzw. Customizing
- Kenntnisse in Prozessanalyse und -modellierung
