Job Description

Als Unternehmensberatung und Agentur für Digitalisierung in München ist der Kunde Experte im Umfeld SAP-HCM & im Bereich Projektmanagement i.V.m. Digitalisierung und den damit einhergehenden Anforderungen / Dienstleistungen.

Aufgaben

• Konzeption, Design und Umsetzung von SAP HCM-Lösungen im Backend (ABAP, Schnittstellen, Datenmodelle)
• Entwicklung moderner Frontend-Lösungen auf Basis von SAPUI5/Fiori
• Programmierung: SAP S/4HANA-bezogene Entwicklungs- und Anpassungsaufgaben
• Qualitätssicherung: Testen und Evaluieren der entwickelten Programme
• Design & Implementierung von Fiori Applikationen – Planung und Konzeption der Überführung von bestehenden WebDynpro-Anwendungen auf Standard SAP-UI5-Anwendungen
• Integration von SAP HCM in die bestehende Systemlandschaft im Rahmen der H4/S4-Migration
• Technische Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung neuer HR-Prozesse
• Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender SAP HCM-Anwendungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
• Mitarbeit im agilen Team

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HCM Entwickler (Backend und Frontend, wobei Frontend der Schwerpunkt ist)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ABAP / ABAP OO, Webservices und Schnittstellenentwicklung
• Erfahrung mit SAPUI5 / Fiori und modernen Frontend-Frameworks
• Kenntnisse im Kontext von H4/S4-Transformationen wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Projektumfeld öffentlicher Sektor von Vorteil
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld
• Confluence / Jira
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
