Job Description

Business Angels Deutschland e.V. (BAND) ist seit 1998 der Dachverband der Business Angels und ihrer Netzwerke in Deutschland. Als Aggregator und Thinktank des bundesweiten Business Angels Ökosystems setzen wir uns für erfolgreiches Unternehmertum und die Stärkung frühphasiger Startup Finanzierungen ein. Wir machen die gesamtwirtschaftliche Bedeutung von Gründungen und privaten Frühphaseninvestitionen sichtbar und vertreten das Ökosystem aktiv gegenüber Politik und Öffentlichkeit. Auf Basis unserer praktischen Erfahrung als Investor:innen und Netzwerker:innen identifizieren wir Optimierungspotenziale im Startup Ökosystem und tragen so zur weiteren Professionalisierung der Frühphasenfinanzierung in Deutschland bei.

Für unsere politische Kommunikation und die inhaltliche Begleitung des Ökosystems suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unbefristeter Anstellung für mindestens 20 Stunden pro Woche am Standort Berlin/Remote-Hybrid eine/n Referentin bzw. Referenten Politik & Kommunikation (w/m/d). Die Stelle ist eng an Vorstand und Geschäftsführung angebunden und eignet sich für etwas erfahrene Junioren und Mid-Level Bewerbungen.

Aufgaben

Politische Interessenvertretung & Stakeholder-Management: Aktive Mitarbeit an der politischen Lobbyarbeit für (Startup-)Finanzierungsthemen, inklusive Erstellung von Positionspapieren und Argumentationshilfen. Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen insbesondere zu politischen Entscheidungsträger:innen und Netzwerkpartner:innen.

Inhaltliche Positionierung: Monitoring und Analyse relevanter wirtschafts- und finanzpolitischer Entwicklungen, Erarbeitung von politischen Stellungnahmen und fundierten Texten zur Vertretung der BAND-Interessen gegenüber dem Gesetzgeber und relevanten Akteuren. Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Aufbereitung von Informationen für Vorstand und Geschäftsführung.

Kommunikation & Medien: Unterstützung bei der redaktionelle Betreuung der digitalen Kanäle (Website, Social Media) und Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Kommunikationsmaterialien.

Event-Unterstützung: Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Durchführung eigener Veranstaltungsformate, insbesondere im politischen Kontext sowie Unterstützung unserer Veranstaltungsformate über das Jahr hinweg.

Wissensmanagement: Aufbereitung von Informationen für die Geschäftsführung und den Vorstand sowie Monitoring relevanter wirtschafts- und finanzpolitischer Entwicklungen.

Qualifikation

Du verfügst idealerweise über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Politik-, Wirtschafts-, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Du bringst mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der politischen Lobbyarbeit oder in der politischen Interessenvertretung mit, idealerweise auch in Projektmanagement, Eventorganisation.

Tiefes Fachwissen: Sie haben ein fundiertes Verständnis für politische und ökonomische Prozesse, insbesondere im Kontext von Startup-Finanzierung, Wagniskapital und Business Angels.

Ökosystem-Kenntnis: Du kennst das Startup- und Angel-Ökosystem in Deutschland gut bis sehr gut und bist idealerweise bereits vernetzt.

• Kommunikationssicherheit: Exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit (Deutsch auf C2-Niveau) und sicheres Auftreten in der politischen Kommunikation.
• Textkompetenz: Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte prägnant und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten.
• Netzwerk & Kontakte: Sie sind gut vernetzt und möchten diese Vernetzung in dieser Rolle weiter ausbauen.
• Persönliche Stärken: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Belastbarkeit.
