• Du screenst Bewerbungen und führst Interviews im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
• Du triffst schnelle Entscheidungen und begleitest Bewerbende sicher bis zur Einstellung
• Du hältst den Austausch mit deinen Fachbereichen aktiv am Laufen
• Du sorgst für eine positive und verbindliche Candidate Experience
• Du bringst Ideen ein, hinterfragst Prozesse und unterstützt bei Recruiting-Projekten

Qualifikation

• Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im High-Volume-Umfeld
