Wir begleiten neue Mitarbeiter Schritt für Schritt beim Einstieg in die Tätigkeit und unterstützen gezielt auf dem Weg zur Sachkundeprüfung nach §34d GewO.

Aufgaben

• Schrittweise Einarbeitung in die Grundlagen der Finanzberatung

• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und bei der Entwicklung eines eigenen Kundenstamms

• Kennenlernen strukturierter Beratungsprozesse und kundenorientierter Kommunikation

• Analyse von Kundensituationen und Erarbeitung passender individueller Lösungen

• Persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung mit dem Ziel, perspektivisch eigenständig im Beratungsumfeld tätig zu werden

• Aktive Mitgestaltung des eigenen beruflichen Aufbaus innerhalb eines klaren Entwicklungskonzepts

Qualifikation

• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an beratungsnaher Kommunikation

• Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Themen

• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Motivation, sich persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

• Interesse an einer langfristigen Perspektive im Bereich Beratung und Kundenausbau

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da wir ausschließlich mit deutschsprachigen Kunden arbeiten

Auch ohne direkte Vorerfahrung im Finanzbereich ist ein Einstieg bei uns möglich.
