Prozessmanager (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit
Aufgaben
- Analyse, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und Schnittstellen
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität, Kosten und Durchlaufzeiten
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Soll-Prozessen sowie zugehöriger Prozessdokumentation
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs sowie Analyse von Prozessdaten inkl. Reporting und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Einführung digitaler Tools sowie KI-Anwendungen zur Prozessoptimierung
- Mitarbeit und (Teil-)Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte, Moderation von Workshops und Förderung einer KVP-Kultur
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, in der Organisationsentwicklung sowie im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
- Kenntnisse im Tool BIC Process Design von GBTec wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Methoden und Tools des Prozessmanagements sowie ERP-Systemen
- Grundkenntnisse oder Interesse an modernen Technologien (bspw. KI, Data Analytics) wünschenswert
- Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Organisations-Know-how
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
