Wir suchen eine Person, die Timings im Schlaf kennt, Kund:innen das Gefühl gibt, in den besten Händen zu sein, und dafür sorgt, dass aus „geiler Idee“ auch „geiles Ergebnis, pünktlich geliefert“ wird. Wenn du gleichzeitig strukturiert und menschlich bist und KI nicht für ein Autokennzeichen hältst – lies weiter.

Aufgaben

• Du steuerst Kundenprojekte von A bis Z – Kampagnen, Filme, Social-Media-Strategien, Webprojekte, politische Kommunikation und alles, was sonst noch auf unserem Tisch landet.
• Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen: vom Briefing bis zur Abnahme. Ziel: Sie schlafen abends ruhig, weil alles läuft.
• Du koordinierst Ressourcen, Timings und Budgets – mit Tools wie Awork, aber auch mit gesundem Menschenverstand.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Kreativteam, Produktion und Geschäftsführung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass niemand aneinander vorbeiarbeitet.
• Du bereitest Pitches und Kundenpräsentationen vor – und ja, du darfst dabei auch KI nutzen (wir ermutigen das sogar).
• Du bringst Struktur in bestehende Abläufe und hast Lust, Prozesse zu verbessern statt sie nur zu ertragen.
• Du nutzt KI-Tools aktiv im Alltag – z. B. für Briefings, Recherche, Zeitplanung, Protokolle und überall dort, wo es sinnvoll ist.

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement – idealerweise in Agentur, Beratung oder einem kreativen Umfeld.
• Breites Verständnis für Werbung, Marketing und digitale Kommunikation (du musst nicht alles können, aber nichts sollte dir komplett fremd sein).
• Stark in Kommunikation: Kund:innen vertrauen dir, das Team respektiert dich, und du kannst auch unbequeme Wahrheiten charmant verpacken.
• Du bist wirklich strukturiert – nicht nur im Lebenslauf, sondern auch montags um 9 mit 14 offenen Projekten.
• Du arbeitest selbstverständlich mit KI: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney oder ähnliche Tools sind für dich Arbeitsmittel, nicht Spielerei.
• Du hast keine Angst vor Technik und bist neugierig, wie KI Arbeitsabläufe verändert.
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch (Französisch ist ein Plus – wir arbeiten auch in Luxemburg).
• Du bist belastbar, ohne deinen Humor zu verlieren.
