Aufgaben

DEINE MISSION:

Kundenberatung & Projektaufnahme

• Du begleitest unsere B2B-Kunden von der ersten Anfrage bis zum fertigen Angebot.
• Du erkennst schnell, worauf es wirklich ankommt, strukturierst Anforderungen und denkst Projekte ganzheitlich.

Kalkulation & Angebotsmanagement

• Du erstellst Angebote, die nicht nur passen, sondern wirtschaftlich durchdacht sind.
• Du hast Margen, Einkauf und Umsetzbarkeit im Blick – und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen.

Projektsteuerung auf übergeordneter Ebene

• Du schaffst die Grundlage für eine reibungslose Umsetzung, indem Du Projekte klar strukturierst und priorisierst.
• Du behältst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig im Blick, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren.

Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde & internen Teams

• Du sorgst für saubere Übergaben an interne Teams wie Mediengestaltung, Einkauf und Umsetzung.
• Alle wissen, was zu tun ist – weil Du die richtigen Informationen zur richtigen Zeit lieferst.

Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

• Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe und bringst Ideen ein, wie wir noch effizienter und besser werden können.

Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL:

• Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Account Management oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Rolle
• Du denkst strukturiert, wirtschaftlich und lösungsorientiert
• Du arbeitest sicher mit Kalkulationen und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und Margen
• Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
• Du kannst mehrere Themen parallel steuern und setzt Prioritäten sicher
• Erfahrung in der Werbetechnik ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
