Job Description

Als Projektleiter TGA und Bautechnik (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie bei INP am Standort Nürnberg die übergeordnete Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekte. Dabei koordinieren Sie alle Projektbeteiligten, behalten Termine, Kosten und Qualitäten im Blick und sorgen für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung über sämtliche Projektphasen hinweg. Aufgaben

• Gesamtprojektleitung für anspruchsvolle Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekte im Bereich öffentlicher Gebäude sowie Industrie-, Wohn- und Verwaltungsbauten
• Steuerung und Koordination interner Projektteams, Fachplaner, Nachunternehmer und externer Projektbeteiligter über alle Projektphasen hinweg
• Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualitäten und Projektrisiken sowie Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung
• Organisation und Moderation von Planungs- und Abstimmungsgesprächen zur Gewährleistung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten
• Frühzeitige Identifikation von Herausforderungen und Engpässen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
• Begleitung der technischen Umsetzung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme sowie Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Projektabschlusses

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder vergleichbar
• 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, Projektsteuerung oder Projektkoordination von TGA- und Bauprojekten
• Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekten, idealerweise im Umfeld öffentlicher Gebäude, Wohn-, Verwaltungs- oder Industriebauten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie ein gutes Verständnis für die Schnittstellen zwischen TGA, Bautechnik und ausführenden Gewerken
• Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Organisationsvermögen sowie eine sachliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
