Produktmanager Ophthalmologie (Katarakt-Chirurgie) (m/w/d)
für den Firmensitz in der Region Rhein-Main
Aufgaben
- Erarbeitung der Produkt- und Marketingstrategien für Geräte und Verbrauchsmaterialien in der Augen-Chirurgie
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Markenstrategie und Go-to-Market Initiativen in Einklang mit den Vorgaben der internationalen Marketingorganisation und den Markanforderungen in der DACH-Region
- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen / Generierung von Kunden- und Markt-Insights zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotentialen
- Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen und Promotionsmaßnahmen zur Erhöhung des Marktanteils und Umsatzes
- Erstellung der jährlichen Marketing- und Budgetpläne
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch gemeinsame Kundenbesuche und KOL-Betreuung (Reiseanteil bis zu 20%)
- Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Management, dem globalen Marketing, Sales, Finance und Medical
- Teilnahme an Messen und Kongressen in der DACH-Region
- Direkte Berichterstattung an den Marketingdirector Surgical DACH
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement der Medizintechnik
- Bevorzugt Fachkenntnisse in der Ophthalmologie / Chirurgie oder im Bereich Medical Devices
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams
- Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Technische Affinität
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (internationale Zusammenarbeit / internes Berichtswesen auf Englisch)
- Bereitschaft zu vereinzelten Reisen mit Übernachtungen
