Job Description

Als Product Owner (m/w/d) treibst du den Entwicklungsprozess von Softwarelösungen für die Bereiche Endkundenportal (Mytio), Ticketerstellung und Versand, Einlass Konfiguration, Scan Apps, Scangate API und ÖPNV voran. Dabei verstärkst du unser Fulfillment-Team, eines der aktuell drei selbstorganisierten Domainteams der ticket i/O IT.

Du bist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg unserer Produkte und stellst sicher, dass sie den höchsten Wert für unsere Kund:innen sowie interne Stakeholder, wie bspw. unseren Business Support oder unsere Hardware Abteilung, liefern. Dabei hast du die Freiheit eine eigene Produktvision zu entwickeln, mit deinem (cross-funktionalen) Team zu diskutieren und Verantwortung für die Planung und finale Umsetzung zu übernehmen. Idealerweise sehen wir uns hierfür auch regelmäßig im Office.

Aufgaben

• Du durchdringst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen und internen Stakeholder in der Tiefe und entwickelst so hochwertige Produktlösungen.
• Du entwickelst eine langfristige Vision für das Produkt und kommunizierst diesbezügliche Fortschritte offen und transparent.
• Du behältst Trends und Entwicklungen auf dem Markt und bei unseren Wettbewerbern im Auge, damit unser Produkt konkurrenzfähig bleibt.
• Du arbeitest einerseits sehr selbständig, andererseits eng zusammen mit deinem Team: Du definierst das "Was" und lässt dem Team Freiraum für das "Wie" - unter Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
• Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung der Teamarbeit nach Scrum und der Planung unserer meist 14-tägigen Sprints
• Du erstellst Testpläne und -protokolle für neue und bestehende Produkte und führst manuelle Testläufe durch
• Du übernimmst die Verwaltung, Beschreibung und Priorisierung der Items im Product Backlog sowie die Dokumentation projektbezogener Themen

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftsinformatik, -wissenschaften, Informatik oder vergleichbar, sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische Anforderungen
• Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar und mit der Anwendung agiler Arbeitsmethoden, idealerweise im Bereich E-Commerce/ Event-Management.
• Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten helfen dir beim Stakeholder-Management: Komplexe Sachverhalte kannst du klar kommunizieren und die Absprache mit unterschiedlichsten Gesprächspartner:innen fällt dir leicht
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis: Du bist in der Lage, Markttrends zu analysieren und technische Lösungen zu verstehen.
• Du bist proaktiv, kannst eigenständig arbeiten und Entscheidungen treffen. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für deinen Bereich und schaust auch mal über den Tellerrand, um ein wertvolles Endergebnis zu liefern
• Teamgeist und Kollaborationsfähigkeit: Du bist ein Teamplayer und verstehst es, das Entwicklungsteam zu inspirieren und zu motivieren sowie Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert zu begegnen
