Wir sind cinify, ein junges Start-up, das den BI-Markt im Gesundheitswesen aufmischt. Unser Tool führt Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen zusammen, integriert sie in Workflows und verwandelt sie in ansprechende Dashboards und Reports. Und wir denken BI weiter: Mit KI direkt im Produkt sind wir das ChatGPT für Arztpraxen – inklusive Dashboarding per Sprache.

Als Product Operations Manager wirst Du zur zentralen Drehscheibe zwischen unserem Produkt, unserem Team und unseren Kunden. Du steuerst interne Projekte rund um unser Produkt, treibst die Weiterentwicklung einzelner Produktbereiche voran und sorgst dafür, dass neue Module und Funktionen nicht nur sauber intern an den Start gehen, sondern auch direkt mit unseren Kunden aus dem Gesundheitswesen getestet und validiert werden. Du bist also weder reine:r Projektmanager:in noch reine:r Produktmanager:in – sondern die Person, die alles zusammenhält und dafür sorgt, dass aus Ideen echte, gelebte Features werden.

Aufgaben

Als Product Operations Manager bei cinify ist es Deine Aufgabe, dafür zu sorgen, dass unser Produkt sauber gesteuert, klar kommuniziert und konsequent am Kunden ausgerichtet weiterentwickelt wird.

Dabei wirst Du:

• einzelne Produktbereiche definieren, strukturieren und gemeinsam mit dem Team priorisieren.
• interne Projekte rund um neue Module und Funktionen eigenständig steuern und ans Ziel bringen.
• Anforderungen sauber formulieren und durch den Entwicklungsprozess begleiten.
• direkt mit Kunden in Kontakt treten, neue Features mit ihnen testen, Feedback einholen und Erkenntnisse zurück ins Team spielen.
• den Überblick über unser Produkt behalten und dafür sorgen, dass die richtigen Dinge zur richtigen Zeit ans Laufen kommen.
• als Brücke zwischen Entwicklung, Data-Analysten, Sales und Kunden agieren – intern wie extern.

Qualifikation

Um bei uns erfolgreich zu sein, bringst Du folgende Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten mit:

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Produkt-, Projekt- oder Operations-Management, idealerweise im SaaS- oder IT-Umfeld
• Technisches Grundverständnis – Du musst nicht selbst programmieren, aber Du verstehst, wovon Entwickler:innen sprechen, und kannst technische Zusammenhänge greifen
• Erfahrung mit oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an BI-, Daten- oder Workflow-Tools (z.B. PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau)
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß daran, viele Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft zu halten
• Kommunikationsstärke und Lust auf direkten Kundenkontakt
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Standort:

Unser Büro ist in Bochum. Der Großteil des Teams ist aber Deutschlandweit aktiv. Unter anderem: Berlin, München, Stuttgart, Frankfurt und Düsseldorf. Teammitglieder, die in der Nähe sind, kommen gerne 1-2x die Woche ins Büro. Wir haben hier keine Regelungen. Du darfst selbst entscheiden.
