Wir suchen einen Product Manager, der die Brücke zwischen Business und Tech baut, operative Herausforderungen versteht und daraus skalierbare Lösungen entwickelt.

Über die Rolle

• Als Schnittstelle zwischen FlixTrain Business und FlixTech-Entwicklungsteams bringst du beide Welten zusammen

• Pain Points im operativen Umfeld (Crew & Services) identifizierst und strukturierst du mit klarem Blick fürs Wesentliche

• Bestehende Prozesse analysierst du und entwickelst sie gemeinsam mit dem Business gezielt weiter

• Die Umsetzung begleitest du end-to-end, also von Discovery bis Launch

• Der Business Value wird vor der Umsetzung berechnet und nach dem Rollout gemessen - so machst du den Impact transparent

• Externe Softwareprodukte steuerst und integrierst du erfolgreich in deiner Domäne

Über dich

• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Manager, gern in einem operativen oder plattformgetriebenen Umfeld

• Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Bahnumfeld

• Businessprobleme in klare Produktanforderungen zu übersetzen ist deine Stärke

• Erfahrung in Prozessgestaltung und -optimierung, idealerweise in operativen Kontexten, zeichnet dich aus

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-Teams ist für dich Standard, nicht Ausnahme

• Du bist datengetrieben und definierst Erfolgskriterien, bevor du startest

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) runden dein Profil ab
