Job Description

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the connective tissue between our engineering team, our ERP partners, and the broader business. Day to day, that means:
Roadmap & Strategy
Own and maintain the product roadmap end to end. Prioritize features and integrations based on partner needs, customer feedback, and business impact. Communicate the “what,” “why,” and “when” clearly to engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.
ERP Partner Management
Act as Payra’s primary point of contact with ERP companies (think partner portals, developer programs, certification processes, and co-selling motions). Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner product and technical teams. Stay deeply current on each ERP ecosystem’s release cycles, API changes, and marketplace requirements.
Unblocking Engineering
Handle the business and partnership side of developing within ERP partner systems: securing sandbox/dev environments, managing partner developer accounts and credentials, navigating approval and review processes, resolving licensing or compliance questions, and chasing down documentation or technical contacts so engineers can stay focused on building.
Cross-functional Coordination
Translate business requirements into clear specs and user stories. Run sprint planning and backlog grooming alongside engineering leads. Define success metrics and track them post-launch.
Customer Insight
Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and the sales team to inform what we build next.
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience at a startup or a small fast-moving team where you were involved in bringing a new product to life from scratch.
-
3+ years of product management experience, ideally involving integrations, APIs, or platform/partnership work.
-
You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable navigating technical documentation and partner developer programs. Familiarity with at least one major ERP ecosystem is a plus (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Acumatica).
-
A track record of managing external partner relationships. You know how to get things done when you don’t control the other side of the table.
-
Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action. You’re the kind of person who sees a blocker and runs toward it rather than waiting for someone to assign it.
-
Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
Nice to Have
-
Direct experience with ERP partner certification or marketplace listing processes.
-
Engineering background with coding proficiency.
