Grannel ist eine Founder-led Boutique Performance Marketing Agentur mit

Fokus auf Meta, TikTok und Google Ads. 2020 als One-Man-Show gestartet,

heute ein internationales Remote-Team verteilt über drei Kontinente.

Wir arbeiten als strategischer Wachstumspartner auf Augenhöhe mit

Foundern, CMOs und Heads of Growth – nicht als klassischer Dienstleister.

Unsere Kunden: u. a. HOLY, Sunday Natural.

Unser Gründer Henning (ex-Meta, ex-Google) baut gerade das erste feste

Office in München auf. Aktuell ist er hier der einzige FTE – der Rest

des Teams sitzt remote. Als Founder's Associate arbeitest du 1:1 mit

ihm zusammen und unterstützt ihn über drei Bereiche hinweg: AI &

Automation, Business Development & Growth, sowie Performance Marketing.

Das ist kein „Kaffee holen"-Praktikum. Das, was du hier in 3–6 Monaten

lernst, lernst du in keinem Kurs und in den meisten Jobs auch nicht.

Aufgaben

🤖 AI & AUTOMATION (~40%)

- Aufbau interner Workflows in n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude & Co.

- Automatisierung von Reporting, Research und internen Prozessen

- Testing & Integration neuer AI-Tools in unseren Stack

- Prompt Engineering für wiederkehrende Tasks (Analysen, Briefings,

Creative Research)

- Dokumentation & Handover von Workflows ans Team

📈 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH (~30%)

- Aufbau & Execution unseres Newsletters

- LinkedIn Content-Strategie (Research, Drafting, Scheduling,

Performance-Analyse)

- Outreach-Automatisierung (Cold Outbound, Nurture Sequences,

CRM-Hygiene)

- Research zu potenziellen Kunden, Cases, Content-Themen & Markt

📊 PERFORMANCE MARKETING SUPPORT (~30%)

- Support beim Ad-Upload & Kampagnen-Setup in Meta, TikTok & Google Ads

- Media Buying Support für unser Delivery-Team

- Creative- & Copy-Tasks mit Hilfe von AI

- Reporting- & Analytics-Support
