Tasks

• Creator Management & Akquise: Du betreust unsere bestehenden Affiliate-Partner und identifizierst proaktiv neue, passende Profile, um unser Netzwerk strategisch auszubauen.
• Kampagnen-Management & Tracking: Du unterstützt bei der technischen Aufsetzung von Kampagnen und stellst sicher, dass Performance-Daten korrekt erfasst werden (idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrung mit Affiliate-Netzwerken mit).
• Relationship Management: Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere Creator, bereitest Newsletter sowie exklusive Offers vor und stehst ihnen als kompetenter Ansprechpartner beratend zur Seite.
• Research & Outreach: Du führst eigenständige Marktanalysen durch, entdeckst neue Trends im Bereich Social Media und gehst aktiv in die Ansprache potenzieller Partner.
• Cross-functional Support: Neben dem Affiliate-Fokus unterstützt du das Marketing-Team bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten und erhältst Einblicke in verschiedene Marketing-Disziplinen.
