Aufgaben

• 🚀 Forderungs- & Fristenmanagement: Du betreust das Forderungs- und Fristenmanagement und navigierst gemeinsam mit Deinem Teamlead durch die Welt effizienter Finanzprozesse
• 📤 Rechnungswesen: Du bist der Organisationsprofi im Rechnungsausgang, behältst das Rechnungsausgangsbuch im Auge und bearbeitest Lieferantenrechnungen eigenständig mit Hilfe von DATEV
• 📆 Monatliches Reporting: Dein Blick fürs Detail kommt bei der monatlichen Erstellung der Betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertung (BWA) voll zur Geltung. Zudem unterstützt Du tatkräftig bei der quartalsweisen Vorbereitung der Gesellschafterversammlungen.
• 💸 Monatlicher Zahllauf: Du verleihst dem monatlichen Zahllauf eine besondere Note und bleibst im Austausch mit unserer Steuerberatung für einen reibungslosen Finanzfluss

Qualifikation

• Als eingeschriebene:r Student:in (mind. 3. Semester) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs bist Du bei uns genau richtig
• Im Idealfall konntest Du schon in die Welt des Controllings und Finance in Rahmen von Praktika eintauchen
• Dein Talent in der Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse zeichnen Dich aus
• Deine Liebe zum Detail macht Dich zum perfekten Sidekick, den das Finance Team im Zahlendschungel braucht
• Du überzeugst uns mit Deiner sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sowie mit Deinem professionellen Auftreten
