Unser KI-Kompetenzbereich hat nach dem Start in 2024 erfolgreich Fahrt aufgenommen – jetzt suchen wir die Person, die ihn als Practice Lead fachlich weiterentwickelt und wachsen lässt. Dafür bringst du technisches Verständnis, Führungsfähigkeiten und echte Beratungs- und Vertriebsstärke zusammen.  

• Du übernimmst Aufbau und Leitung unseres KI-Kompetenzbereichs und übernimmst die Verantwortung für dessen Standards, Methoden, Portfolio und personelles Wachstum.   

• Du bist das wesentliche Gesicht unseres KI-Angebots nach außen – gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und im Markt.

• Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung für laufende und neue KI- und Digitalisierungs-Projekte – von der initialen Strukturierung über die Steuerung bis zur Ergebnissicherung beim Kunden.

• Du bist vertrieblich aktiv: Du identifizierst Potenziale, entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen weiter und verantwortest Angebotsprozesse von der ersten Idee bis zum Abschluss.

Du bist ein erfahrener Profi mit technischem Hintergrund, der in der Beratung zu Hause ist und die Energie mitbringt, einen Bereich von der Pike auf aufzubauen. Dazu zählen für uns das Gewinnen neuer Kunden, die Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und das Führen komplexer Projekte. Du verstehst Datenstrukturen, KI-Architekturen und was hinter den Systemen steckt. 

• Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Technologieberatung oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld – mit Schwerpunkt auf KI und Daten.

• Du kombinierst technisches Verständnis mit vertrieblichem Instinkt: Du erkennst Kundenbedarf, kannst ihn artikulieren und in ein überzeugendes Angebot übersetzen.

• Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Teamleitung sowie im Account Management – und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick.

• Du bist konzeptionsstark, moderationssicher und kommunizierst klar auf Deutsch und Englisch.

• Du liebst die Flexibilität von Remote Work, schätzt aber auch die gezielte Arbeit vor Ort beim Kunden und weißt um deren Bedeutung (idealerweise zeigt dein Wohnort Nähe zum Rheinland).
