Zur Verstärkung unserer Personalabteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n

Personalsachbearbeiter:in (m/w/d)

Vollzeit, befristet im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung

Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Personenkreis in Zusammenarbeit mit einer externen Abrechnungsstelle
  • Ansprechperson im Rahmen der Personalbetreuung für Mitarbeitende,
    Führungskräfte und externe Stellen bei allen Fragen rund um das
    Arbeitsverhältnis
  • Führung der Personalakten
  • Erstellung von Verträgen, Meldungen und Bescheinigungen
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung des Aufgabenbereichs durch
    Mitwirkung an personalwirtschaftlichen Projekten mit Einbringung eigener
    Ideen

Qualifikation

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • gute Fachkenntnisse im Entgeltabrechnungswesen, sowie Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • eine eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
