Job Description

Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit“.

Aufgaben

  • Als Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) betreuen Sie Mitarbeitende vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und begleiten alle personaladministrativen Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sie erstellen Arbeitsverträge, Bescheinigungen sowie Arbeitszeugnisse und sorgen für eine rechtssichere Dokumentation
  • Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Entgeltabrechnung und pflegen Personalstammdaten im SAP-System
  • Sie erstellen und strukturieren Stellenbeschreibungen, insbesondere für wissenschaftliche Mitarbeitende
  • Darüber hinaus führen Sie die digitale Personalaktenpflege sowie die Zeiterfassung zuverlässig durch

Qualifikation

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bspw. als Bürokauffrau (m/w/d), Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Verwaltungsfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie idealerweise im Tarifrecht des öffentlichen Dienstes (TVöD Bund) zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung mit SAP HR
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind vorhanden
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab
