• Disposition von Personal für Veranstaltungen – Stagehands, Gabelstaplerfahrer, technisches Hilfspersonal
• Kurzfristige Einsätze organisieren - wenn es brennt
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Crew – vor, während und nach der Veranstaltung
• Probleme lösen - bevor sie eskalieren
