Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Performance und Weiterentwicklung unseres Marktplatzgeschäfts (Amazon, Etsy & Co.)
• Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Maßnahmen – insbesondere Amazon Ads
• Erstellung und Optimierung von keyword-optimierten Produkttexten
• Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Marktplätze zur Skalierung unseres Geschäfts

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder einem vergleichbaren analytischen Fach
• Zahlenaffinität sowie strukturelles & datengetriebenes Arbeiten mit Excel sind für dich selbstverständlich
• Du kombinierst analytisches Denken mit Kreativität und entwickelst performance starke Produkttexte und bietest den Design-Team inhaltlichen Input für verkaufsstarke Bilder
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit Performance Marketing (z. B. Meta, Google, Amazon) ist ein Plus
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich.
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Lust in einem schnell wachsenden Startup richtig durchzustarten
