Das erwartet dich
- Du entwickelst eine kanalübergreifende Tracking- und Datenstrategie entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
- Du baust eine zentrale Datenbasis für Marketing- und E-Commerce-Performance auf
- Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Google Ads- und Paid-Social-Kampagnen
- Du analysierst KPIs, leitest konkrete Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung ab und etabierst gezieltes Retargeting auf Basis von CRM-Segmenten
- Du entwickelst Reporting-Dashboards und automatisierst Analyseprozesse
Das bringst du mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Marketing und/oder Marketing Analytics sowie im E-Commerce-Umfeld mit transaktionsbasierten KPIs (z. B. ROAS, CAC, CLV)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads und Meta Ads Manager
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
