Aufgaben

• Gemeinsam mit den Department Heads verantwortest du das Recruiting für die Departments: Du entwickelst attraktive Stellenanzeigen, führst Bewerbungsgespräche durch und triffst Entscheidungen über Einstellungen
• Intern bist du die Stimme des Teams: Du führst Gespräche, optimierst Prozesse und Strukturen mit KI-Tools und sorgst somit dafür, dass wir ein noch besserer Arbeitgeber werden
• Du gestaltest mit externen Coaches Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für unser gesamtes Team und organisierst Teamevents wie Workations und Offsites
• Du vertrittst ekipa nach innen und außen bei unterschiedlichen Employer Branding Maßnahmen und bist für die Employee Journey verantwortlich - von Onboarding bis Offboarding
• Du kümmerst dich um die Personaladministration von Lohnabrechnungen über Vetragserstellung

Qualifikation

Um diese Aufgaben erfolgreich zu meistern, sind folgende Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften sehr hilfreich

• Du hast Lust auf eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe, bei der du viel gestalten, lernen und wachsen kannst
• Orientiert an unseren Werten „Team is Key“ und „Empathy“ bringst du starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit und bist in der Lage, dich in unterschiedliche Charaktere hineinzuversetzen
• Du bringst eine große Begeisterungsfähigkeit mit und kannst Interessenten von einer Anstellung bei ekipa überzeugen
• Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten helfen dir dabei, unser Team weiterzuentwickeln
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und bringst eine Verfügbarkeit von 20 Wochenstunden mit, um dieses vielfältige Aufgabengebiet zu meistern.
