Damit bieten wir unseren Mandanten digitale, KI-gestützte und vollintegrierte Lösungen mit durchgängigem Datenaustausch. Ergänzt durch integrierte Fachanwälte für Arbeitsrecht schaffen wir im Lohnbereich einen echten Mehrwert und positionieren uns als starker Partner in einem sich stark verändernden Marktumfeld.

Ihre Tätigkeiten in der Lohnbuchhaltung.

Lohnbuchhaltung geht auch anders: 100 % digital, modern und abwechslungsreich. Statt monotoner Routinen erwarten Sie spannende Aufgaben und die Chance, die Zukunft der Lohnabrechnung mitzugestalten – weg vom reinen Abrechnen, hin zu Beratung, smarten Prozessoptimierung und echtem Mehrwert für unsere Mandanten.

  • Eigenständige Erstellung und Abwicklung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandanten in lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung unserer digitalen Prozesse
  • Optional: Unterstützung bei angrenzenden buchhalterischen Themen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. Steuerfachangestellte*r oder vergleichbar – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office
  • Freude an digitalem, papierlosem Arbeiten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
