We are global-diverse yet close; distributed yet connected. We are dreamers and dreammakers who challenge the status quo. We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. We are curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. Our mission is to make Contentstack indispensable for organizations to tell their stories and to connect with the people they care about through inspiring, modern experiences. We care deeply about our customers and the communities we serve. #OneTeamOneDream. Chalo, let’s go!
Contentstack’s partner program brings together top agencies, consultants, and technology companies to provide businesses with cutting-edge solutions and expert insights to accelerate their ability to deliver personalized, omnichannel digital experiences. Contentstack works as an ecosystem to drive market visibility, manage growth opportunities, and deliver transformational customer success. Together, we advance the use of a microservices-based, API-first, cloud-native SaaS, headless (MACH) architecture, bringing award-winning technology, best practices, and a proven methodology for delivering exceptional digital omnichannel engagement.
What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team and looking for a Partner Relationship Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships tobuild out a network of partners to support our go-to-market strategy. This is a build role. Contentstack has 90+ technology partners today, but the function has historically been tactical — anchored in basic integrations and mutual-customer co-marketing. With the launch of AXP and Agent OS, we have a once-in-a-decade window to build a deep, monetized, AI-leaning technology partner ecosystem that compounds our customer value and defends our category leadership.
This is a quota-carrying partner management role where you will architect and lead the strategic technology alliance motion globally. You will own who we partner with, how we monetize those partnerships, and how we operationalize a repeatable co-sell engine. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership. If you’re looking for an opportunity to join an innovative, fun, and fast-paced team where your contributions will have a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- You will have 360-degree ownership, driving partner relationships in your territory from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market, and so much more
- Define and prioritize the categories that matter most to AXP — foundation models, AI orchestration, data and CDP, vector/search, commerce, hyperscalers — and build a named target list of 15–25 partners with clear hypothesis-driven business cases for each.
- You will develop joint plans with partners and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics
- You will identify the opportunity to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership of taking these to market
- You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert on technology partners in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME/lead for Strategic Technology partnerships within Contentstack’s Global Sales Organization
- You adapt to a diverse work environment and work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, product, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relationships, and customer success stories
- Provide guidance and strategic advice to our partners, clients, and account teams around partner growth strategies to deliver best-in-class joint solutions
- Managing day-to-day relationships with the technology partners
- Recruiting net new strategic partnerships to support developing product roadmaps (such as data partners, AI-native partnerships, etc.)
- Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices, and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to managing partners with global reach
- Manage all of the administrative activities related to the partnerships in your region
- Create and execute against a sound go-to-market strategy for your region
- You track your performance through goals through OKRs, KPI’s, and quotas
What really gets us excited about you:
- You have 5-8 years in technology partnerships, alliance management, business development, or ecosystem strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics
- Demonstrated track record of personally partnering with foundation model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and AI infrastructure companies.— especially in AI, data, cloud, or composable/DXP categories.
- You are a born networker and are well-connected at all levels
- You are communicative, looking for growth, and can generate a pipeline
- Your way of working is independent and results-oriented, and you also like to initiate change and think strategically within cross-functional teams
- As a real team player, you thrive on building strong collaboration with cross-business teams; you like to keep a lot of balls in the air
- You have a strong and positive presence and are a master in communication
- Hold responsibility for partner and Contentstack mutual success
- Some travel may be required
- You value a positive, fun, collaborative culture!
Salary for this role ranges between $120,000 - $140,000 plus variables based on skillset and experience
What Do We Offer?
Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.
Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.
Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!
One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…

Expert Career Tips for Partner Relationship Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships Roles
To succeed in a competitive market as a Partner Relationship Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships, you need more than just technical skills. Here are some expert strategies to elevate your profile:
- Build a Strong Portfolio: For technical roles, a clean GitHub or a personal project site is essential. For non-technical roles, a case study portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and impact is equally valuable. Show, don't just tell, what you have achieved in your previous positions.
- Master the Narrative: When interviewing, use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers. Quantify your results wherever possible—mentioning "increased efficiency by 20%" is much more impactful than saying "improved efficiency."
- Continuous Learning: The industry moves fast. Whether it's staying updated with the latest AI tools or mastering a new management methodology, continuous professional development is key. Consider obtaining industry-recognized certifications that align with Partner Relationship Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships requirements.
- Networking: Connect with other professionals in similar roles. Join online communities, attend webinars, and engage in meaningful discussions on professional social networks. Often, the best opportunities come through referrals and community engagement.
- Soft Skills Matter: Communication, empathy, and leadership are often the deciding factors between two equally qualified technical candidates. Cultivate these skills as they are universally valued across all industries and seniority levels.
Additionally, research the specific company's culture and values. Tailoring your application to show how you align with their mission can significantly increase your chances of moving forward in the process.

Comprehensive Application Strategy & Hiring Process
Applying for a new role is a marathon, not a sprint. Follow this strategic approach to maximize your success rate:
1. Initial Research & Tailoring
Don't send the same resume to every employer. Spend at least 30 minutes researching the company. Look for recent news, their product roadmap, and their team structure. Modify your summary and core competencies to reflect the specific keywords found in the job description.
2. The Perfect Cover Letter
If the application allows for a cover letter, use it to tell a story that your resume cannot. Explain why you are passionate about this specific company and how your unique background makes you the perfect fit for the challenges they are currently facing.
3. Navigating the Multi-Stage Interview
Most modern hiring processes involve 3-5 stages. This typically includes a recruiter screen, a technical or skill-based assessment, a peer interview, and a final leadership round. Prepare for each stage differently: focus on enthusiasm and fit for the recruiter, technical depth for the assessment, and strategic vision for the leadership round.
4. Post-Interview Follow-Up
Always send a personalized thank-you note within 24 hours of each interview. Reference a specific topic discussed during the call to demonstrate your active listening and genuine interest in the role.
By following these steps, you demonstrate a high level of professionalism and attention to detail that sets you apart from the average applicant.
Typical Interview Process
- Resume screening
- HR call
- Skill interview
- Final manager interview
- Offer
Tip: Research the company's products and culture.
Global Market Intelligence & Relocation Insights
At JobSetuu, we specialize in helping talent navigate the global job market. Here is what you need to know about the current landscape in Global and beyond:
The demand for skilled professionals is increasingly borderless. For roles based in Global, understanding the local cost of living, visa requirements (if applicable), and cultural nuances is vital. If this is a remote role, consider the time zone alignment and the asynchronous communication culture of the hiring organization.
Relocation Support: Many forward-thinking companies offer relocation packages that include moving stipends, temporary housing, and legal assistance with work permits. When evaluating an offer, look beyond the base salary—consider the total compensation package, including equity, bonuses, and healthcare benefits.
Work-Life Balance Trends: Hybrid and remote work have become standard in many regions. Research the local labor laws and common practices regarding work hours and vacation time to ensure the role aligns with your lifestyle goals.
Leveraging JobSetuu's tools can help you compare salaries across different cities and understand the "purchasing power" of your potential offer, ensuring you make an informed decision for your long-term career path.
Skills & Competency Roadmap for Professional Development
To remain competitive in Professional Development, we recommend focusing on the following core competencies over the next 12-18 months:
- Technical Mastery: Deepen your expertise in the core tools and languages relevant to your field. For developers, this might be cloud architecture; for marketers, it might be data-driven attribution modeling.
- AI Augmentation: Learn how to leverage generative AI and automation tools to increase your productivity. Understanding how to integrate these technologies into your workflow is becoming a non-negotiable skill.
- Leadership & Strategy: Even in individual contributor roles, the ability to think strategically and lead projects from inception to completion is highly valued. Focus on stakeholder management and high-level project planning.
- Data Literacy: The ability to interpret data and use it to drive decisions is essential across all business functions. Familiarize yourself with data visualization and basic analytical concepts.
By investing in these areas, you not only prepare yourself for the role you are applying for today but also build a resilient foundation for the opportunities of tomorrow.
