Wir betreuen unsere Betriebe intensiv und kennen jeden einzelnen. Wir arbeiten deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice, und KI steckt in allem, was wir tun.

Du gewinnst Baumpflegebetriebe, begleitest sie und machst sie selbst erfolgreich. Vom ersten Gespräch bis zum zufriedenen, wachsenden Partner liegt alles in einer Hand: deiner.

Diese Rolle verbindet bewusst beides: gewinnen und begleiten. Du holst neue Partner an Bord, aber genauso wichtig ist, dass du sie danach onboardest, betreust und weiterentwickelst. Wenn du nur jagen willst, ist das die falsche Stelle. Wenn du nur verwalten willst, auch.

Und du startest nicht bei null: Es kommen viele Anfragen von selbst herein, und wir versorgen dich mit warmen Kontakten für deine Erstgespräche. Kaltakquise gehört dazu, ist aber nicht der Schwerpunkt.

Was du machst

• Gewinnen: Du führst die Erstgespräche mit interessierten Betrieben, überwiegend aus warmen Kontakten. Passende Betriebe sprichst du auch mal selbst an, nie ins Leere, denn du hast echte Referenzen aus der Region im Rücken.
• Überzeugen: Du führst Software-Vorführungen per Videokonferenz, gehst ehrlich auf Bedenken ein, baust Vertrauen auf und schließt digital ab.
• Onboarden: Du richtest das System für deine neuen Partner ein, schulst sie und begleitest sie, bis es im Alltag rund läuft.
• Betreuen und wachsen: Du bleibst fester Ansprechpartner, beantwortest Fragen und erkennst, wo mehr Wert möglich ist, etwa eine professionelle Website oder Online-Marketing. Sinnvolle Upsells treibst du immer vom echten Mehrwert her.
• Binden: Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Partner bleiben, dich weiterempfehlen und dein Partnerstamm Stück für Stück wächst. Mit ihm wächst dein Erfolg.
• Weil viele Phasen parallel laufen, priorisierst du klug und hältst dein CRM sauber, damit nichts liegen bleibt.

Was du verdienst

• Attraktives Fixum von rund 55.000 € plus ungedeckelten Erfolgsanteil, nach oben offen.
• Bei Zielerreichung rund 80.000 € im Jahr. Du verdienst an Abschlüssen, an erfolgreichem Onboarding und an Upsells. Je mehr echten Wert du schaffst, desto mehr für dich.
• Deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice.

• Du verkaufst gern und gewinnst Menschen, am Telefon, im Video, auf Augenhöhe.
• Und du machst sie danach gern erfolgreich, geduldig und gewissenhaft. Beides muss dir liegen.
• Kopf für Komplexität. Du durchdringst ein breites ERP und erklärst es einfach.
• Eigenverantwortung. Du willst dein eigenes Ding verantworten und brauchst keinen Antreiber.
• Digital- und KI-affin, eigenständig, zeitlich flexibel. Manche Baumpfleger haben erst abends Zeit.

Du musst nicht aus der grünen Branche kommen. Aber du willst sie kennenlernen. Baumpflege hat eine eigene Sprache und eine überraschend tolle Gemeinschaft. Unsere Partner nehmen dich mit, wenn du echte Neugier zeigst. Nur eins vorweg: Das ist keine kurze Zwischenstation. Es braucht echte Einarbeitung und Zeit.
