About The Role
We build simple scheduling and appointment reminder tools that help small businesses run their business smoothly and keep their schedules optimized. We’re hiring a part-time, as-needed Growth & Marketing Coordinator to own projects across digital marketing activities, customer support, reporting, and lightweight product coordination. You’ll be our Swiss-army teammate—comfortable switching between writing crisp help docs, answering a tricky support thread, shipping a landing page tweak, and spinning up an A/B test.
Engagement: Part-time, monthly retainer. Flexible hours. Remote.
About You
You’re a self-starter that requires little direction and are happy to take some general instructions and take it from there. You love to deliver results and aren’t interested in wasting your time making power point presentations or attending lots of meetings talking about what you should do. You just want to get it done.
You might be early in your career looking for more experience and responsibilities or you’ve got plenty of experience, but you want to dial it back a bit and work part time on your own hours. Either way, you care about doing good work and you’re able to deliver results.
