Die Rolle
Als Paid Social Lead verantwortest Du unsere bezahlte Kundenakquise auf Meta (Facebook/Instagram) und TikTok. Du planst, launchst und optimierst Kampagnen selbst, steuerst ein signifikantes, wachsendes Media-Budget und wirst an Neukundenvolumen, CAC und ROAS gemessen.
Dabei schaust Du dir nicht nur die Ads und Creatives an, sondern arbeitest am gesameten Funnel von der Ad bis zur Thank-You Page. Du hast damit alle Hebel selbst in der Hand: Hook, Creative, Copy, Landingpage, Offer.
Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn Du bereits bei ein transaktionales B2C-Geschäft (idealerweise FMCG: Health, Wellness, Beauty, Food) von ca. 10 auf 30 Mio. € Umsatz (mit)skaliert hast und ein gutes Gespür für Kunden und Content mitbringst.
Aufgaben
Media Buying & Skalierung
- Du planst, launchst und optimierst unsere Paid-Social-Kampagnen.
- Du verantwortest Budget-Allokation, Pacing, Bidding und Forecasting über Kampagnen und Zielgruppen hinweg und skalierst profitabel gegen klare CAC- und Volumenziele.
- Du beobachtest Plattform-Entwicklungen (ASC, Andromeda, neue Formate) und verschaffst uns systematisch First-Mover-Vorteile.
Creative & Funnel
- Du baust und führst eine strukturierte Creative-Testing-Roadmap: Hook-Ideation, Briefings, Konzept-Tests, Iteration, Skalierung — in hoher Schlagzahl.
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Team social-native Formate (UGC, Testimonial, Demo, editorial), die nicht nach Werbung aussehen und trotzdem verkaufen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Copy und Creative Team zusammen, um Conversion Rates in Deinen Funnels zu optimieren.
Testing, Analytics & Measurement
- Du misst, was zählt: CAC, ROAS, Neukundenvolumen, LTV-Qualität der akquirierten Kohorten und triffst Deine Entscheidungen datenbasiert.
- Du gehst inkrementell und iterativ vor (Creatives, Audiences, Placements oder Landing Pages) und übersetzt Ergebnisse in Learnings, die das ganze Growth-Team nutzt.
- Du verstehst Attribution im Post-ATT-Zeitalter (Tracking-Setup, Plattform- vs. Backend-Daten, Inkrementalität) und machst unsere Messung kontinuierlich besser.
AI & Prozesse
- Du nutzt AI-Tools, um Creative-Produktion, Research, Analyse und Reporting schneller und besser zu machen und baust damit bereits erste Prozesse.
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im im Bereich Paid Social Media Buying, davon ein substanzieller Teil entweder direkt bei einer Brand oder einer Agentur, die D2C Brands berät - idealerweise FMCG mit hoher Wiederkaufsrate (Health, Wellness, Beauty, Food, Subscription).
- Du hast nachweislich Wachstum in relevantem Umfang skaliert und kannst Erfolge anhand der wesentlichsten D2C Performance & Growth KPIs aufzeigen
- Hands-on-Exzellenz: Kampagnenarchitektur, Bidding, Budget-Pacing, Creative-Testing. Du delegierst das nicht, Du kannst es selbst.
- Stark analytisch: Du baust Deine Auswertungen selbst (Excel/Sheets, gern BI/SQL), denkst in Funnel-Logiken, Attributionsmodellen und Kohorten und lässt Dich von Plattform-Metriken nicht täuschen.
- Ein Hammer-Gespür für Social-Native Content: Du erkennst in drei Sekunden, ob ein Hook trägt, und weißt, warum ein Creative funktioniert.
- Verkaufsstark: Du denkst in Direct Response und kannst Dich tief in unterschiedliche Zielgruppen hineindenken.
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (unsere Creatives und Funnels sind deutschsprachig) und gutes Englisch.
