Job Description

I just want to ask if this is normal for a hiring process to take this long. This is going to be my first time for a remote job if i get lucky to be hired but the hiring process is taking too long. For background, this is the timeline: February 23 - Applied in the company via Indeed February 24 - 1st Exam on Test Gorilla - Passed February 26 - 1st Round Interview (HR) via zoom February 27 - 2nd Exam on Test Gorilla - Passed March 14 - 2nd Round Interview (Head) via zoom April 22 - FINAL INTERVIEW (CEO) via zoom It took around 38 days between my 2nd and final interview. It's April 30 now and any update is still to be received.
