GASOLINA provides next-gen nutrition at the intersection of supplements and lifestyle products.
For our go-to-market, we are launching MAN IN A CAN - the world's first functional beverage optimised for men's health - in mid August. Thereby, we are creating an entirely new product category - with interest validated through +6,000 test persons.
With both a very unique brand & product, we have high ambitions to become one of the relevant European lifestyle brands for the health-conscious & wellbeing-minded.
Leading Organic Growth, you own how the world meets the brand before anyone ever buys. Brand image, community engagement, creator & brand collabs, B2B partnerships, and guerrilla stunts - you engineer the consumer touchpoints that create the movement people will want in on. You'll work directly with the founder, own real budget from day one, and build the entire organic growth engine from 0 to 1.

Tasks
- Work directly with the founder to make the brand spread & convert
- Grow the community and turn warm followers into die-hard fans & repeat buyers
- Iterate the brand & product positioning to achieve product-market-fit
- Build & manage creator partnerships - recruit young, lifestyle-aligned creators; own seeding & sample logistics
- Land brand collaborations with aligned fitness, health & lifestyle brands
- Build gym and other brick-and-mortar sales partnerships
- Plan & execute live activations - workout/run clubs, expos, field sampling, guerrilla stunts
Requirements
- 1+ year full-time experience OR various high-impact internships at consumer brand or in high-performing environment (startup, consulting, VC, finance)
- Very good English & German
- Based in Berlin, Munich or willing to relocate
- Excellent visual taste and cultural grasp
- Abilty to analyse problems paired with rigorous drive to solve them and get things done
- Profound passion & hunger to build a brand from the ground up and make it big
