Job Description

re-green steigert nachhaltig den Wert großer Immobilienportfolios durch wirtschaftliche energetische Sanierung. Wir ermöglichen Eigentümern, ihre Gebäude ohne eigenen Investitionsbedarf zukunftsfähig aufzustellen.

Unsere vorgefertigten Energiemodule kombinieren Photovoltaik, bivalente Wärmepumpen und intelligente Energiemanagementsysteme – skalierbar umgesetzt und gesteuert durch unsere eigene Software.

Die Refinanzierung erfolgt über langfristige Strom- und Wärmelieferverträge zu Preisen unter dem deutschen Durchschnitt. So steigern wir die Gebäude-Bewertung, Refinanzierbarkeit und Marktfähigkeit großer Immobilienportfolios – messbar, skalierbar und dauerhaft.

Pro Gebäude sparen wir dabei rund 1.000 Tonnen CO₂ pro Jahr.

Aufgaben

Als Operations Systems & AI Agent Engineer baust du das digitale Rückgrat unserer operativen Prozesse.

Du verbindest unsere bestehenden Tools – von CRM über die technische Kalkulation, bis zur Projektsteuerung und dem Betrieb – zu einem konsistenten, skalierbaren System, in dem Daten sauber fließen und Prozesse zuverlässig abgebildet werden.

Dabei geht es nicht nur um Integration, sondern um den Aufbau eines Systems, das auch bei wachsender Komplexität beherrschbar bleibt.

Systemintegration & Orchestrierung:

Du verbindest unsere Kernsysteme (CRM, Kalkulation, Projektsteuerung, Finance) zu einem funktionierenden Gesamtsystem. Dabei nutzt du Automation-Tools wie n8n in Kombination mit Custom Code.

API-basierte Automatisierung:

Du entwickelst die Logik, mit der Daten zuverlässig und bidirektional zwischen Systemen synchronisiert werden – ohne manuelle Zwischenschritte.

Systemverständnis & Skalierung:

Du behältst den Überblick über das Gesamtsystem und stellst sicher, dass alle Bausteine sauber zusammenspielen. Du erkennst früh, wo Komplexität entsteht und vermeidest Insellösungen.

Operatives Interface:

Du entwickelst die passende Oberfläche für unsere Projektteams (z.B. über Airtable Interfaces o.ä.), um unsere spezifische Projektlogik abzubilden.

AI Agents & Automation:

Du entwickelst und implementierst AI-Agents, die aktiv in unsere operativen Prozesse eingreifen. Dazu gehören z.B. automatisierte Prüfungen von Projektständen und Datenkonsistenz, triggerbasierte Aktionen entlang des Projektfortschritts sowie die Unterstützung von Angebots-, Kalkulations- und Antragsprozessen.

Qualifikation

• Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Engineering oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung als First Engineer / Early Builder in einem Startup oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Sicherer Umgang mit APIs, JSON und Systemintegration
• Erfahrung mit Automation-Tools (z. B. n8n) und/oder Custom Code (Python oder Node.js)
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau oder Einsatz von AI-Systemen / AI-Agents im operativen Kontext
• Starkes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen und relationale Logik
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme zu durchdringen und strukturiert weiterzuentwickeln
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, pragmatisches Arbeiten und Freude daran, Dinge von Grund auf zu bauen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch
